John is the CEO of Upchain. He’s a PLM and software veteran and for the last 25 years has been managing every single stage of software development and implementation projects. He’s helped some of the largest companies in the world, including Pratt & Whitney, Boeing, GM, BMW, Fiat, Sandvik, Husky, and, Magna.
Chief Financial Officer
As Upchain’s CFO, Mike’s goal is to use finance to support and ultimately fuel company growth. For over 20 years, Mike has been leading the finance function in all types of high growth companies, from fledging startups to both private and public equity backed organizations. With ample experience raising capital, completing acquisitions, and scaling finance Mike is well positioned to help Upchain reach its full potential.
Chief Technology Officer
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Michael is laser-focused on delivering the best customer experience through creative and solid technology that drives the product to new heights.
Michael leads every aspect of product development, from product management and architecture to quality control and DevOps / cloud operations. Over the past 20 years, he’s developed a deep expertise spanning SaaS, mobile, security, hardware / firmware, and large-scale enterprise applications.
In addition to his development chops, Michael has built and led product development teams from startup to enterprise scale and continues to grow Upchain’s development capabilities every single day.
Head of People & Culture
As Head of People & Culture, Shradha leads people strategy and development at Upchain. From talent acquisition to career growth and training, she makes sure the right processes, policies and people are in place to help Upchain scale.
She brings over 15 years of experience supporting executive leadership at high-growth startups and tech companies to help them scale to their potential. She excels at using her imagination and experience to build teams that can meet future growth objectives and business goals, and executing her vision via consistent and rigorous engagement with the business teams she supports.
She cares deeply about people, and channels this care through passionate commitment to Upchain’s product, culture, vision, and goals.
